I bought a flat iron and a brush I spent quite a bit of money. It came with a lifetime warranty. Ive tried to reach out by email by phone number and also going back to where I purchased it and I cannot get a hold of anyone or find anyone who can help me what is the point of buying this brand with a warranty when you cant even send an email And it says Delivery failure in the phone number is wrong

Never received the product I ordered

If its a lifetime warranty and I bought the warranty and I dont receive the product I feel Ive been scammed Were not able to get in contact with them to speak with a person. The numbers that Ive dialed they said wrong or number no longer in service.

Poor customer service

I ordered the mini flat irons and when I received them they were much smaller than I had anticipated. I emailed and asked for an exchange. The exchange was fine and they asked for my tracking number. Once I gave them the tracking number, they refuse to respond to my emails. Im very disappointed. Do not shop there!!

I received items from open box sale that don't work correctly and reached out 1-2 days after receiving only to be told to use the warranty. These were bought through Royale online. I shouldnt have to use a warrenty to get working items that I paid for! I've been a long tome customer and this puts a bad taste in my mouth not getting correct assistance.. short in cord of black dryer... purple fell apart when I started using it

Complete and utter rip off! I bought a flat iron from a mall kiosk at the Colorado Mills mall. The flat iron that the sales rep used on my hair worked fantastic but the one I brought home is garbage! Barely any heat, doesn't make my hair smooth and silky as it claims and definitely does not produce results with one pass over the hair. My $20 flat iron works 100% better. Worse part about the whole deal is the sales rep DID NOT TELL ME THAT I CANNOT RETURN THIS PIECE OF TRASH. He bragged about the warranty repeatedly but completely neglected to tell me there are no refunds. Had he been HONEST, I never would've bought this thing. Now I'm stuck with $150 paper weight. Do yourself a favor - run far and fast!!! Do not fall for the sales gimmick!

Good Experience with Irons

I bought my first on @ Freehold Mall, NJ. It worked very well. After a couple years or so of use on 4 heads it didnt get as hot anymore. I saw them being sold in Freehold Mall in NJ. Lady whose kiosk it was replaced it for me (n/c). (I didnt even buy the original from her. But she replaced.) I bought a set of (4) Royale Flat Irons from her. They worked very well. All got hot too. Its been at least 13 years since I bought my first one. About two years ago I started having problems of them not working. I even found all my original receipts and lifetime cards. But damage is mostly due to our own negligence (dropping iron and plate chips). I have two though that dont power on but in good physical condition. Most of my daughters no longer uses the irons because they wear theyre hair naturally now. I was interested in getting more but will only buy from the young lady at the kiosk if I could find her. After reading reviews I dont think I want to go through the company. The lady stood by the product and didnt try to scam you.

Non-functional RoWrite 2

My RoWrite 2 tablet will no longer record any pen strokes. I have tried the reset button within the spine of the device, but the problem persists. The green light remains on, showing it should be functional, but the light does not turns off and on as I write, like it used to. This is the 2nd issue I've had with the device. When I first received it, it was locked in Private Mode with no instructions on how to unlock it. Additionally the customer service telephone numbers on the Royale company website never worked for me; either ringing with no answer or never even beginning to ring. Even when functioning properly my device cannot seem to consistently detect when I have started writing on a new page, sometimes causing pages to overlap and become unreadable. My trust in this company and product decreases with each new issue.
